I live one life, yet I live many, through the worlds I explore and capture on camera. With my lens, I travel to places vastly different from my own, meeting people vastly different from me, strangers sharing a common humanity. I meet them in the high places of hills and valleys. I meet them on the shores. I meet them on the streets where they ply their trade, I meet them in the act of ritual and in the thick of festivals, I meet them on the move, I meet them in the relaxed atmosphere of their homes, surrounded by friends and family, enjoying a meal or recounting stories of old. They are reasons for my love of photography, the “many lives” in my one, experienced up-close and remembered in moments captured through my lens.
